It took me a while to figure this out, but it was worth every second.
These two formations are related...
...extremely related!
First, the following 2 formations are from 1994:
One of these can be compared to the 2006 formation:
On a previous page we saw how magnetic ring 1 and magnetic ring 3 are connected to pools of hydrogen.
Observe closely.
The revelation is this:
There are 4 different sizes of circles below.
Each one corresponds to a level of magnetic rings.
Compare the correlation above and below: magnetic rings 1 and 3 are connected to the pools of hydrogen and therefore are flattened crop in both examples. Magnetic ring 2 however is left as standing crop.
The confirmation comes now.
We can identify magnetic ring 1 and 3, and they both have hydrogen dots!
Why, because they (MR1 and MR3) are immersed in the pools of hydrogen of course!
It gets even better when we find the problem and solve it.
Notice how the formation below can be cut and half, and the areas of standing crop and flattened crop are reverse. This is best noticed by closely examining the MR2 area.
There are two parts here to each magnetic ring. Notice how only one part of MR3 is visible, - this is simply because the crop left standing is pretty much the same as the crop already standing ;)
Anyway, the point is that one part of MR1 is flattened crop, and its twin is standing crop. This is the same for MR2 and MR3 as well. This couldn't be more perfect.
See below how there are two parts to each magnetic ring and only one of them is immersed in hydrogen.
The
light blue magnetic rings below
ARE NOT immersed in hydrogen pools.
The
dark blue magnetic rings
ARE immersed in hydrogen pools.
Remember this is a side view. Again we see one part standing and one part flattened (for MR1 and MR3).
Also...
Notice above how none of the parts of MR2 are immersed in hydrogen.
Naturally confirming,
there are NO hydrogen dots shown on MR2 here either:
Not just a coincidence.
So, hydrogen does pass through MR2 but it is not at all immersed like in MR1 and MR3.
The circle makers know what they are doing. The symbols we learn can help us decode new formations!

We can then identify the following:
Somehow this is related to the magnetic ring designs.
Is anyone aware if these symbols (in the orange box below) may have some technical meaning I am not aware of, perhaps to do with magnetism? Also, the unidentified circles in the blue boxes often appear coming out the sides when two magnets are shown next to each other. This effect is shown in other formations relating to magnets as well.
