The magnetic rings rotate around the center of the octahedron shape at the center of the watersphere.
There are three main magnetic rings which rotate within each other. Often the size ratios between them are shown as 1 (inner most ring), 2, and 4 (outer most ring).
Hydrogen is relevant here, and present in some areas.

They are marked as MR1, MR2, and MR3.
8) The Electrical Structures
The electrical structures are most easily identifiable by their six fold nature.
There is both an inner part and an outer part to the electrical structures.
The electrical structures are relatively wide and exist between the bottom of the large tetrahedron structure. The inner part of the electrical structures sits underneath the watersphere.
Notice the large number of occasions where the six fold structures can be directly related to the wiring symbol.

10) Movement and Motion
Rotation is present in the electrical structures and the magnetic rings. Similar symbology is used elsewhere, however, including in what appears to be some kind of propulsion.
